Laboratory muffle furnace LCF

HIGH-PERFORMANCE 1200°C LABORATORY FURNACE

Precision Meets Reliability

Heldors LCF 1200_9 is a professional laboratory furnace designed for continuous and precise operation up to 1200 °C. Its robust construction, modern controller, and advanced insulation technology ensure stable and repeatable thermal processing results.

Door Design

Door Design

The furnace door is made from fully sintered insulation blocks, ensuring a clean material with no residual binders or odors during heating. The insulation is engineered with a self- adjusting compression fit, providing excellent sealing performance without the need for periodic adjustment. The door features an efficient ventilation design that keeps the outer surface cool, even at maximum operating temperatures.

The door opens and closes smoothly thanks to a robust hinge system and an ergonomic handle that allows effortless operation even when wearing protective gloves. The insulation block inside the door is very easy to replace by the user, requiring no technicians or special tools for routine maintenance.

Chamber Design

Chamber Design

The chamber of the LCF 1200_9 is engineered for durability, efficiency, and easy maintenance. Like the door, the chamber insulation is fully sintered, ensuring clean operation with no binder fumes during heating.

The heating elements are hidden and mounted inside ceramic plates, protecting them from mechanical damage and reducing oxidation. These ceramic plates can be easily replaced from the rear of the furnace without dismantling the chamber.Unlike many furnaces where the entire chamber must be discarded together with the heating elements, the LCF 1200_9 allows for in dependent replacement of individual parts, significantly reducing waste and environmental impact. The chamber includes a ventilation port with a ceramic tube, allowing optional connection of a fume extraction chimney. Ventilation can be activated at any stage of the heating program(option). A stainless steel protective arch surrounds the chamber opening, preventing corrosion and ensuring long-term durability in the hottest zone. Heating from both the roof and the floor provides excellent temperature uniformity. The hybrid ceramic–fiber insulation design offers the durability of ceramic surfaces and the insulation performance of fiber, minimizing thermal inertia—meaning the chamber heats the load, not the walls, ensuring faster heat-up and lower energy consumption. All chamber components are designed to be fully serviceable and replaceable, so even in the case of damage, only the affected parts need to be replaced, reducing cost and environmental footprint.

Control interface

Control interface

The LCF 1200_9 features a modern control interface developed specifically for Heldors furnaces. It combines reliable Japanese PID technology with a clear, intuitive user interface designed for both simple and advanced thermal processes.
